WHO DO I CONTACT REGARDING MY COMMISSION STATEMENT?

HOW OFTEN ARE COMMISSIONS PAID?
Commissions are paid twice a month on the 7th and 21st of each month. If either of those dates falls on a weekend, or holiday, payday will be the business day prior. The entire schedule can be found in the above Commission Pay Schedule under Quick Links.
IS THE PAY SCHEDULE INCLUSIVE OF DIRECT BUSINESS?
Yes. Direct business such as life insurance and annuities are paid when received. For example, if we receive a check or download from ING on or before January 15th, assuming that date is not a weekend or legal holiday, it will be posted for the January 21st payroll. If we receive a check or download from ING on or before January 31st, assuming that date is not a weekend or legal holiday, it will be posted for the February 7th payroll.
HOW DO I SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR MY COMMISSION PAYMENTS?
If you’d like to get set up with direct deposit, please complete a direct deposit application and fax it with a void check copy to Teri Bradshaw at 626-628-3827. Please allow 2 pay cycles for direct deposit to take effect. In accordance with FINRA Rule 2420, commissions may only be deposited to a personal checking or savings account. We are unable to make deposits to your DBA or Corporate account. Once the direct deposit is active, we will send your non-negotiable check copy via regular mail for your files.

HOW ARE COMMISSION CHECKS DISTRIBUTED?
If you have a negotiable check, we will mail the check, via USPS, to your home address unless you specify a different address.
CAN MY COMMISSIONS BE VIEWED ONLINE?
Advisor Portal is an online tool that allows you to view your trade detail as well as payout information, clearing fees and charge backs throughout the month before your commission check is cut. The following reports are updated daily on Advisor Portal: Commission Statements, Daily Sales Blotters and Trail Detail Reports.
