HOW OFTEN ARE COMMISSIONS PAID?

IS THE PAY SCHEDULE INCLUSIVE OF DIRECT BUSINESS?
Yes. Direct business such as life insurance and annuities are paid when received. For example, if we receive a check or download from ING on or before January 15th, assuming that date is not a weekend or legal holiday, it will be posted for the January 21st payroll. If we receive a check or download from ING on or before January 31st, assuming that date is not a weekend or legal holiday, it will be posted for the February 7th payroll.

HOW ARE COMMISSION CHECKS DISTRIBUTED?
If you have a negotiable check, we will mail the check, via USPS, to your home address unless you specify a different address.
CAN MY COMMISSIONS BE VIEWED ONLINE?
Advisor Portal is an online tool that allows you to view your trade detail as well as payout information, clearing fees and charge backs throughout the month before your commission check is cut. The following reports are updated daily on Advisor Portal: Commission Statements, Daily Sales Blotters and Trail Detail Reports.
