PLEASE NOTE: You MUST register for the Symposium and the Hotel SEPARATELY. If you are not staying at the Hotel, please register only for the Symposium. For those who wish to arrive early or stay later, the discounted block of rooms will be available for 3 days prior and 3 days after the event.

Guest Room Reservations:

In order to assure you reserve a room at the discounted rate, you must book your rooms no later than February 4, 2020. After that date, rooms will be booked on a best-efforts basis at the current rack rate based on availability and demand.
